How I Work — Production Process
Step 1: Discovery Call
Discovery Call First things first, send us an email so we can get started! We start with a conversation, about your business, your goals for the film, your audience, and any constraints (timeline, budget, locations). This is where I understand why you need this film, not just what you want filmed. A video that doesn’t connect with your target audience or your marketing strategy is useless… so the more we know the better.
Step 2: Concept & Scripting
Concept & Scripting Based on the discovery call, I put together a concept, the story angle, structure, and tone of the film. Over the years we have developed a ton of insight on what does and doesn’t work. Have an idea? Don’t be shy! Collaborating on ideas with our clients always brings out the best results. For corporate and brand films, this usually includes a script or detailed shot list. You review and approve this before we move forward.
Step 3: Pre-Production
Pre-Production Planning This covers shoot scheduling, location scouting (if needed), crew planning, and logistics especially important for projects, everything is locked in before the shoot day to avoid surprises. We will continue to connect with you on a regular basis so you are involved every step of the way.
Step 4: Filming
Filming On shoot day, I direct and shoot the project personally, working with best crew where the scale requires it, additional camera operators, drone pilots, sound recordists, or lighting assistants. You’ll always know exactly who’s on set and why. We use high end cinematic gear used in motion picture production to ensure you can confidently show this video off to all of your clients, stakeholders, partners, and audience.
Step 5: Editing & Post-Production
Editing & Post-Production Raw footage is edited into a first cut, incorporating music, graphics, color grading, and sound design as needed. This is where the story really comes together.
Step 6: Review & Revisions
Review & Revisions You review the first cut and share feedback. Most projects include multiple of revisions to refine pacing, messaging, and visuals until the film feels right.
Step 7: Final Delivery
Final Delivery You receive the final film in the formats and resolutions you need, whether that’s for web, social media, broadcast, or internal presentations.

Every project is different the cost of a corporate video typically ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000 or more depending on script development, shooting days, equipment, crew size, graphics, voice-over, and post-production requirements.
Do you offer drone videography?
Yes, I am Licensed Drone Pilot, Drone cinematography is part of my standard toolkit, particularly for manufacturing facilities, campuses, real estate, and large-scale brand films where aerial perspective adds production value.
How long does it take to produce a corporate film?
A typical corporate film takes 2 to 6 weeks from brief to final delivery, depending on complexity, shoot locations, and revision rounds. Shorter turnarounds are possible for simpler projects. I’ll give you a realistic timeline at the briefing stage.

Honestly, we go wherever the story takes us. Our primary production hubs are Bangalore, Mumbai, and Coimbatore but we’ve built a solid network of filmmakers, cinematographers, drone operators, and crew across India, so deploying to a new city is never a hurdle.

What camera and equipment do you use?
I shoot on Sony cinema and mirrorless cameras, including the Sony FX3, Sony A7S III, Sony A7 IV and Sony A7V, carefully selected based on the creative and technical requirements of each project. These cameras are paired with Sony G Master lenses and premium Sigma Art, the same class of optics trusted in high-end commercial productions and motion pictures delivering exceptional image quality and a cinematic look that elevates corporate and brand films.
For smooth, professional camera movement, I use DJI gimbals, which provide advanced stabilization for dynamic walking shots, product showcases, facility tours, and cinematic motion sequences.
For aerial cinematography, I rely on DJI’s advanced professional grade drones to capture stunning, high-resolution aerial footage with exceptional stability perfect for facility showcases, corporate campuses, industrial sites, real estate projects, and cinematic brand films.
